There are six Malignant Tunnels in Diablo 4 Season 1 and you can find them in Hawezar, Scosglen, and Dry Steppes.

The first Malignant Tunnel is located in the Forsaken Coast region of Diablo 4’s Hawezar. Use the Backwater teleport waypoint on the eastern edge of the map and head northwest.

The first Malignant Tunnel in Fractured Peaks region of Diablo 4 is located east of the Malnok Stronghold and the nearest waypoint is the Bear Tribe Refuge.

- Head to Cormond and craft the desired Malignant Invoker.
