Sponsorship & Brand Partnership Opportunities

Build Something People Remember

Team Iron Wulf is more than a competitive gaming team. We’re building a competitive program around players, community, live events, original content, development, and real-world experiences—and we’re looking for businesses and organizations that see an opportunity to build something alongside us. We’re not interested in simply selling space for another logo. We’re interested in partnerships that do something.

Whether your goal is brand awareness, original content, product exposure, community engagement, recruiting, local visibility, customer acquisition, or simply reaching people in a different way, we want to understand what your business is trying to accomplish first. Then we can determine whether Team Iron Wulf gives us an interesting place to do it together.

See What We’re Building

You don’t need an esports strategy. You need a business objective. We’ll look for the overlap.

You Don’t Have to Be a Gaming Company

Some of the best partnerships in traditional sports have very little to do with the sport itself. The same principle applies here.

Team Iron Wulf may have natural opportunities for businesses in technology, travel, hospitality, food and beverage, automotive, apparel, tools and equipment, recruiting, education, local services, consumer products, startups, and many other industries.

The question isn’t “Does my company sell something to gamers?”. A better question is “Is there something happening here that could help my business accomplish something?” If the answer might be yes, that’s worth a conversation.

What Could We Build Together?

There is no single answer—and that’s intentional.

Original & Branded Content

Competition gives us stories to tell: preparation, travel, personalities, equipment, wins, losses, improvement, and everything that happens between matches.

A partnership could turn those moments into short-form video, social content, product stories, event coverage, behind-the-scenes features, demonstrations, or an original series built around a shared idea.

Live Events & LAN Competition

Team Iron Wulf competes in real-world LAN events as well as online competition.

That creates opportunities around travel, hospitality, event coverage, local activation, products and equipment, team preparation, and the competition itself.

Your brand doesn’t necessarily have to appear around the event.

It may be able to become part of the story of getting there and competing.

Product Integration

Have something relevant that deserves to be seen in actual use?

Rather than simply holding a product in front of a camera, there may be opportunities to incorporate it naturally into the team’s competition, preparation, travel, technology, content, or everyday experience and document what happens.

Community Activation

A partnership can also give people something to participate in. That could mean challenges, giveaways, community events, scrim initiatives, player-development programs, promotions, or entirely new concepts designed around the partner and the Team Iron Wulf community.

Recruiting & Employment

Competitive gaming brings together people interested in technology, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, competition, content, and digital communities. For the right employer, educational institution, or recruiting organization, that creates another kind of opportunity entirely.

Start With One Good Idea

You don’t have to begin with a massive sponsorship agreement. In fact, we’d often rather not.

Start with one idea.

  • One event.
  • One campaign.
  • One piece of content.
  • One product integration.
  • One community activation.

Before we begin, we agree on what we’re trying to accomplish and what we can reasonably measure. Then we execute it. We document what happened. And afterward, both sides can answer a much more useful question: Should we do more?

That makes the first partnership easier to try and gives a larger relationship something more valuable than promises to build upon: evidence.

We Measure What We Can Defend

We’re building Team Iron Wulf for the long term. That means we’d rather establish an honest baseline today than inflate a number to make a sponsorship deck look impressive.

Depending on the activation, measurement could include content produced, views, engagement, participation, website traffic, clicks, inquiries, leads, redemptions, event activity, community growth, or other agreed-upon outcomes.

Not every partnership should be measured the same way. The measurement should follow the business objective.

Real Players. Real Competition. Real Stories.

The people and experiences you see throughout Team Iron Wulf aren’t stock photography or a marketing concept.

They’re us.

  • The players are real.
  • The travel is real.
  • The LANs are real.
  • The preparation is real.
  • The competition is real.

So are the personalities, setbacks, improvement, friendships, ridiculous moments, and stories that happen along the way.

The story is already happening. The right partners can become part of where it goes next.

Tell Us What You’re Trying to Accomplish

You don’t need to contact us with an esports marketing plan. That’s our job to help figure out. Tell us about your business, your audience, what you’re trying to accomplish, and what caught your attention about Team Iron Wulf.

We’ll look at our competition, players, community, content, events, and capabilities and see where the overlap is. If there’s a genuine fit, we’ll come back with something more useful than: “Would you like to sponsor our team?” We’ll come back with an idea.
